By creating an account or using SignalAI, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What SignalAI is

SignalAI is an AI-powered email monitoring service. It connects to your inbox, classifies incoming email using AI, and alerts you by text message and/or dashboard when something appears to need your attention.

Important: SignalAI's classification is AI-generated and will not be perfectly accurate. It can occasionally misclassify, miss, or delay flagging an email — including ones that turn out to be genuinely important. Do not rely on SignalAI as your sole method of monitoring time-sensitive, legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical communications. Continue checking your actual inbox directly for anything where missing a message would have serious consequences.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SignalAI.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Sign in via a magic link sent to your email, or via Google sign-in.

Subscription plans and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the Account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Fair use

The monthly volumes above are typical guidance, not a hard limit — processing more than your plan's typical range doesn't interrupt service. If your usage is consistently well above your plan's range, we may reach out to discuss a plan that better fits how you're using SignalAI.

Text message alerts

Text alerts are optional and require your explicit consent, given through a checkbox in Setup. By enabling them, you agree to receive automated text messages from SignalAI about urgent emails. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your email volume. Reply STOP to cancel text alerts at any time, or HELP for help. Text alerts are currently capped at a reasonable monthly volume to prevent runaway costs from unexpected technical issues; if you consistently need more, contact us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use SignalAI for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access another user's account or data
Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
Use the service to process email you are not authorized to access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your data

See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect, how it's used, and how long it's kept. You can delete your account and data at any time from the Account page.

Disclaimers

SignalAI is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI classification will be accurate. Email delivery, IMAP connectivity, and SMS delivery depend in part on third-party services outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalAI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed, delayed, or misclassified emails. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SignalAI after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law
