What we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to provide the service:

  • Account information — your email address when you sign up
  • Files you upload — processed and deleted within 24 hours
  • Usage data — which features you use, to improve the product
  • Payment information — processed by Stripe, we never see your card details

How we use your information

  • To provide the WorkLess service
  • To send you account and service emails
  • To improve the product based on usage patterns
  • We do not sell your data to anyone, ever

File processing and deletion

When you upload a file, it is stored temporarily on our servers solely for the purpose of processing your request. Once processing is complete, the file is scheduled for deletion and permanently removed within 24 hours. We do not read the contents of your files for any purpose other than the processing you requested. We do not use your file contents to train machine learning models or to improve our AI systems.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@worklessapp.com. We will action your request within 30 days.
