Is the free plan really free forever?

Yes. The free plan includes unlimited CSV inspections (summary report), the folder auto-sorter, webpage change monitor, disk space monitor, and startup launcher — with no time limit and no credit card required. Upgrading to Pro unlocks the CSV Cleaner, exact row numbers, and all AutoFlow tools.

What happens to my files after processing?

Your files are permanently deleted within 24 hours of processing. We never store, share, or use your data for any other purpose — on every plan.

Do I need to install anything?

DataClean and AutoFlow are entirely web-based — nothing to install. AlwaysOn (Business plan) requires a small desktop agent (~2MB) that runs silently in the background.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period with no further charges.

What does team sharing mean on the Business plan?

Business plan users can invite up to 5 colleagues to access shared automations and dashboards. Each person logs in with their own account and can run and view shared workflows.
